Private Yoga Therapy Class
We will begin with a 90 minute intake session to determine the best yoga therapy for you. Your session will be tailored to your physical needs and limitations. You will also take away a short home practice. I recommend you sign up for one or more private classes after intake to insure that your practice supports your needs.
Rates: Intake Session: 90 minutes: $65. / Post Intake Session: 60 minutes: $60. / Post Intake Session Package: 4 for $120. (Ask about sliding fee scale for seniors 62+)
Semi-Private Yoga Therapy Class
These classes are limited to 4 or fewer students at a location we determine together. The practice will be adapted to the abilities and needs of everyone in the group. I recommend that you have the following yoga tools available for the practice: Sticky yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 bolster, 2-3 blankets or towels, a strap or belt and eye bag or scarf.
Session: 60 minutes: $25-30 for each participant(1-4)
Live On-Line Classes

These are affordable Gentle Yoga and Yoga for Bone Strength classes, designed to be accessible. Each class will include adaptation instructions for students as needed. The Vibrant classes will focus on weight bearing to help keep bones strong and healthy. I recommend that you have the following yoga tools available for the practice: Sticky yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 bolster, 2-3 blankets or towels, a strap or belt and eye bag or scarf. For the Vibrant Strength Yoga classes a pair of 1, 2, or 3 pound weights is recommended.
Session: 90 minutes: $10.-$15 donation suggested
Aromatherapy Consultations
Your individual consultation will determine what essential oil blend and application best support your body and mind’s ability to heal. A sample blend can be created following your consultation. There is no mark-up, nor do I sell a specific brand or blends. I produce a blend tailored to your needs. Consultation is $$25-50. The cost of blends is determined by the type of blend and size. The average cost is $15.-$40 depending on the container size.
